About H.E. Sir Thomas Cellucci
H.E. Sir Thomas Cellucci is an Advisory Board member at Nexgile — a serial entrepreneur, senior executive, author, and public-sector commercialization leader with deep experience translating emerging technologies into operational outcomes.
He served as the first Chief Commercialization Officer in the U.S. Federal government, developing public-private partnerships designed to accelerate technology adoption for homeland security, first responders, and the taxpayer.

He is also a volunteer firefighter, disaster-response leader, author, and speaker across requirements development, nanotechnology, laser physics, photonics, commercialization, and homeland-security innovation.
